Process Piping : We manufacture complex industrial assemblies in stainless steel, in single or double jacket piping by manual TIG or orbital TIG welding.

Fluid’Inox is involved in the entire process of manufacturing process piping : from design to prefabrication in the workshop, to on-site installation and maintenance contract.
Our process piping is manufactured in accordance with current standards and the PED (Pressure Equipment Directive).
Our qualified and autonomous staff, our internal organization and our business procedures, allow us to support you at the national level, but also at the international level.
Our recognized know-how allows us to carry out various assembly work, process pipe fitting with different welding processes:

Orbital welds with closed head, from 1/8”
Manual welding of any diameter, any thickness, with and without filler metal

The study and design of your network:

Pre-project study, on-site surveys
Detailed study, realization of PID (installation diagram)
Study and 3D modeling of networks
Network sizing, pressure and flexibility calculations (according to CODETI and EN 13480)
Calculations of flow rates, velocities and pressure drops
Definition and calculation of support elements
Realization of isometric specifications, welding specifications and DESP file
DEFINITION OF EQUIPMENT

Prefabrication in the workshop:

Prefabrication of stainless steel process piping
Process skids: storage, mixing, dosing and transfer equipment; temperature regulation and instrumentation; CIP skids
Prefabrication of bridging panels, gas cabinet, VMB
Surface treatment before on-site assembly: pickling, passivation, halarization, teflon coating

On-site work:

Pipeline manufacturing
Installation of rebars
